3. Marketing Manager: With increasing competition, companies need innovative means and qualified people to deal with customers.
4. Purchase and stores Manager : Takes care of the purchase of all the raw materials required for construction as well as storage at the site and off site.
5. Legal department : The construction has to keep in constant touch with the law for the site of construction needs to be clear of any legal disputes.
6. Maintenance Manager: Since there are many equipments on site a seperate department is needed to look after the maintainence of the mechanical and electrical equipments at the constructional sites.
7. Accounts and Finance manager: This job requires dealing with big figures and graduates with knowledge of computers are mostly preferred.
8. Administration manager: As lots of coordination is required between various departments, Administration plays an important role and highly qualified and skilled personnels are required.
